The rules apply to returns of goods purchased in the online store gomobiles.eu.

All products sold in the gomobiles.eu online store are as described. We check each product before shipping, so we can guarantee that the products are of high quality and free of defects.

The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if the goods do not meet the described quality or have defects. The buyer MUST report the device of inadequate quality within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by e-mail: [email protected]

– used and exhibition goods of suitable quality are not returned or exchanged, unless the seller decides otherwise (Article 6.362 of the Civil Code, p. 16 of the Retail Trade Rules).

– the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels, protective films and other elements ensuring commercial appearance, if any, not torn or otherwise damaged). It is important to note that this point does not apply in the case of returning a poor-quality, defective product.

– when returning the product, it is necessary to provide a document proving the purchase if you received a paper version (copy of the order, order number, copy of the transfer, invoice)

The money is returned to the buyer within no longer than 14 calendar days.
