TERMS OF SERVICE – GOMOBILES.EU

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Electronic store gomobiles.eu (hereinafter referred to as Shop) belongs to MB Mobilus (company code 304291378), which conducts online trading.
1.2. These terms of service govern the purchase and sale relationship between Store manager and Buyer's.

2. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

2.1. The Buyer may pay for the goods by direct bank payment, bank card or other payment methods specified in the Store.
2.2. The Purchase confirmation is sent to the Buyer's specified e-mail address immediately after the bank confirms successful payment.

3. DELIVERY PROCEDURE

3.1. The goods are delivered to the countries to which the Store carries out trade.
3.2. The delivery time of the goods is from 2 to 10 business days. The specific delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's country and the selected delivery method.
3.3. Delivery costs depend on the selected courier or parcel locker service provider and are specified at the time of placing the order.

4. RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURE

4.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, if the goods do not meet the described quality or have defects. The buyer MUST report the device of inadequate quality within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by e-mail: [email protected]
4.2. Used and exhibition goods of adequate quality are not returned or exchanged, unless the seller decides otherwise (Article 6.362 of the Civil Code, p. 16 of the Retail Trade Rules).
4.3. The returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, with all accessories and documents.
4.4. The buyer returns the goods at their own expense to the following return addresses:

4.5. The Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer's money within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods and checking their condition.
4.6. The money is refunded using the same payment method used to make the initial payment.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

5.1. All disputes arising between the Buyer and the Store shall be resolved through negotiations.
5.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the Buyer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service or to resolve the dispute in court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
