We provide a 12-month warranty for every electronic device purchased in our e-store. It covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions caused by technical defects and not by the user's fault.
If you notice that your device is not working properly within the first year of purchase, please contact our team. We will inspect it and assess whether the fault is covered by the warranty. In this case, the device may be repaired or replaced.
However, warranty service does not apply if the malfunctions are due to mechanical damage, liquid exposure, improper use, shocks or other external factors. The warranty is also void if the device has been attempted to be repaired or modified by unauthorized persons or services. Normal wear and tear of parts, such as a decrease in battery capacity, is also not considered a warranty failure.
