TERMS OF SERVICE \u2013 GOMOBILES.EU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.1. Electronic store gomobiles.eu<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as Shop<\/strong>) belongs to MB Mobilus<\/strong> (company code 304291378<\/strong>), which conducts online trading.
1.2. These terms of service govern the purchase and sale relationship between Store manager<\/strong> and Buyer's<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. PAYMENT PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1. The Buyer may pay for the goods by direct bank payment, bank card<\/strong> or other payment methods specified in the Store<\/strong>.
2.2. The Purchase confirmation<\/strong> is sent to the Buyer's specified e-mail address immediately after the bank confirms successful payment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. DELIVERY PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1. The goods are delivered to the countries to which the Store carries out trade.<\/strong>
3.2. The delivery time of the goods is from 2 to 10 business days.<\/strong>\u00a0The specific delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's country and the selected delivery method.
3.3. Delivery costs<\/strong>\u00a0depend on the selected courier or parcel locker service provider and are specified at the time of placing the order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, if the goods do not meet the described quality or have defects.<\/strong> The buyer MUST report the device of inadequate quality within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by e-mail: info@gomobiles.eu<\/strong>
4.2. Used and exhibition goods of adequate quality are not returned or exchanged<\/strong>, unless the seller decides otherwise (Article 6.362 of the Civil Code, p. 16 of the Retail Trade Rules).<\/strong>
4.3. The returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, with all accessories and documents.<\/strong>
