The rules apply to returns of goods purchased in the online store gomobiles.eu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All products sold in the gomobiles.eu<\/a> online store are as described. We check each product before shipping, so we can guarantee that the products are of high quality and free of defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if the goods do not meet the described quality or have defects. The buyer MUST report the device of inadequate quality within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by e-mail: info@gomobiles.eu<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 used and exhibition goods of suitable quality are not returned or exchanged, unless the seller decides otherwise (Article 6.362 of the Civil Code, p. 16 of the Retail Trade Rules).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
